Your ordered products will be delivered Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following weekday.

In your package from us, you will find a return form. Fill out the return form and select the reason why you are returning your product.
From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to decide if you are satisfied with your purchase and if you would like to keep your order.
